Question: Should I carry water on trail runs?
Answer: It will all depend on the length of your run and your fitness level. Anything under about 5 miles you should not need to carry water. If you are new to running and you fitness level is at a beginner stage you might want to have some.I carry water only if I know I will be running over 10 miles plus. You will learn to know your own body hydration levels as you run further. We offer many running hand held bottles along with water belts in our Hydration Section of the website.
