We want you to be happy with your purchase from Trail Runner Sports.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return any UNUSED product within 21 days of receipt for a exchange, store credit for a future purchase or refund of the purchase price of the merchandise minus any shipping charges incurred. Returns will not be accepted after the 21 day limit.

 

Items must be in NEW UNUSED CONDITION with tags and packaging in place. For shoes to be returned they must be NEW in the original, undamaged packaging. Shoes can be worn indoors only to make sure fit and size are correct.

 

All returns must be wrapped and shipped back properly. Do not adhere any shipping labels and tape directly to the manufacturer's packaging. Shoe boxes MUST be put inside another box or paper wrapped. Do not use the shoe box for shipping.

 

For your protection we recommend that you ship any return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost return shipments.

 

Returns will be processed in a timely mannor. We do not refund any shipping charges incurred on your original order. The cost of return shipping and insuring your package is your responsibility.

 

Please include a copy of your sales slip along with a note telling us what you want us to do. Example:

Exchange for new size or color etc. Exchange for a different item, credit for a future purchase or refund of purchase price. Returns will not be accepted after the 21 day limit. All returns sent back that don't meet the above requirements will be sent back to the customer and a charge for shipping back will apply.
